ENERFAB was founded in 1901, formerly known as The Bishopric Products Company, serving the brewing industry (the company originally produced brewer's pitch). Following Prohibition, Bishopric began to formulate and apply high-bake resinous, food-grade coatings and tank linings. In the 1940's, Bishopric began to complement its lining business with the fabrication of shop built tanks for the brewing industry.
ENERFAB is a Cincinnati-based, privately held firm, incorporated in the State of Ohio in 1901. Presently, ENERFAB is a custom-design. steel-plate fabricator of process systems with construction expertise in field fabrication, field erection and renovation of existing equipment, and engineering capabilities to provide turnkey projects and systems.
Enerfab Inc. is a leading provider of maintenance services, capital equipment components and technology solutions for the energy industry and other industrial markets.
The company manufactures and installs sophisticated pollution control equipment and provides maintenance services to coal fired utilities throughout the United States.
The company also produces ASME Reactors, columns, pressure vessels for the chemical and downstream petrochemical industries and shop built or field erected alloy vessels and fermentation equipment with mechanical systems for the food and beverage industries.
