At the heart of every StingRay Parts Washer lies the patented oscillating manifold system that blasts parts from a different angle each time the part passes on the rotating turntable providing thousands of angles of impingement. This Power Wash technology combined with our high-efficiency pumping systems and high output heating systems delivers faster cleaning cycles and more thorough cleaning. The StingRay Parts Washer is environmentally safe with a closed-loop, zero discharge design to meet EPA and OSHA regulations.
Our Standard Parts Washer Machine Features include: Automatic cleaning cycle, Enclosed steel parts washing cabinet, Rotating turntable that retracts when the door is opened, Patented Oscillating Manifold, Solution level management, Temperature controlled solution heating, Pump suction filter, Safety devices, and Single point connection electrical system. Optional features include:Stainless steel parts washer cabinet, Rinse cycle, Steam exhaust and Blow-off cycles. Optional Parts Washer solution maintenance devices include: Oil skimmer, Sludge scraper, Surface scraper, and In-line filtration.
