Metal Stamping in progressive dies, or deep drawn stamping is the backbone of serving the Rocky Mountain region. Deep drawn bowl shapes, threaded parts, flat or formed parts, and metal-elastomer assemblies are just a few of the precision metal stampings made by Qualtek. Press capacity up to 220 tons means we can process large-size parts and thick material. Progressive dies, automated presses and material handling equipment help keep costs low for our customers. Experienced die makers, die designers, operators, and the use of statistical quality control techniques enable us to produce quality parts.
