Alcumet, Inc. was founded in 1975 as an investment casting foundry and has achieved a reputation as an aggressive leader in the production of investment castings and rapid prototype castings. Alcumet pours a variety of stainless steel alloys to complement an extensive list of non-ferrous alloys.
Being an Industry leader requires substantial investment in facilities, equipment and people. At Alcumet we adhere to that philosophy and have positioned our company to meet those qualifications.
We have implemented two internationally recognized quality system standards ISO 9001 - 9002 and the aerospace version, AS - 9100 REV B which enables us to track the entire manufacturing process, isolate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Our extensive in-house compabilities allow us to control and moniter all phases of our casting production. We create all of our own tooling of production molds and fixtures. We also have our vacuum casting process which minimizes aluminum oxides and gases. The result is higher yields due to less contamination.
