Shell Valley was founded in 1971 as Shell Valley Motors and Shell Valley Fiberglass. Rich Anderson purchased the companies in 1997 as Shell Valley Companies, Inc. In 1999, Anderson acquired Midstates Classic Cars & Parts from Bob Kallio. By combining the best Cobra replica features and technology of both companies, Shell Valley introduced the Generation II Cobra replica in 2007. In 2009, Travis Roth purchased the company's assets and hired Shell Valley's talented and dedicated staff. (Roth and his wife Deanna also own Roth Racing Performance in Norfolk, NE and recently sold Ideal Wheels in Bancroft, NE. Travis, Deanna and their three children recently relocated to Columbus, NE just a few miles from Platte Center.)
Shell Valley has an impressive array of product offerings. We pride ourselves in producing replicas of popular but rare and historically nostalgic cars. In addition to the 1967 427 Cobra replica, we produce the 1963 Cheetah replica, 1951 Jaguar C-Type replica, 1928 "A" Roadster replica, and 1964 Daytona Coupe Series II replica as well as fiberglass Jeep replacement bodies. We also sell street rod parts and accessories and manufacture fiberglass bodies, chassis and parts for other companies. Over the years Shell Valley has increased its presence in the replica kit car industry and boasts many accomplishments and awards as well as having been featured in leading industry magazines.
