Accurate Brazing is a full service vacuum brazing and heat treating shop that was incorporated in 1989. Locations include Goffstown, New Hampshire and Greenville, South Carolina. Both locations are equipped to handle your most difficult brazing and heat treating application. Accurate Brazing is a part of the Aalberts Group which employs approximately 6,000 people world-wide with annual sales of nearly 2 billion Euros.
The primary focus of our business is to support the aircraft, ground turbine and power generation markets. We have vast experience nickel brazing honeycomb seals for both OEM and repair/aftermarket. We also specialize in endcover, nozzle and cartridge assemblies for fuel delivery systems. Other items we have processed include heat exchangers, tube assemblies, medical implants, consumable welding products, and semiconductor equipment (reactive gas generation, ion implanters, sputtering targets, etc.)
We braze and/or heat treat various materials including: Stainless steel (300 and 400 series), "Super Alloys" (Inconel, A286, Rene 41, Waspalloy, Hastalloy, etc.), copper, refractory materials (Moly, Titanium, Tungsten and carbon steels).
We have also had great success heating treating A, D and M series tool steels. Vacuum heat treating allows for uniform heating and cooling which minimizes distortion and provides excellent metallurgical properties.
We have obtained the following approvals/certifications: ISO 9001:2000, AS 9100:2004 Rev.B, NADCAP, General Electric (GEAEBG, GEPS), United Technologies (Prefered Vendor Status), Pratt and Whitney (Aircraft Laboratory Controlled Source), Bombardier, Boeing, Rolls Royce, Honeywell, BEI, De Havilland, Eagle Pilcher, Eaton Corporation, Teledyne Laars, Raytheon, Eldim, and FAA Repair Station.
