Gerding Enterprises, Inc. (GEI, an aerospace parts manufacturing company, was founded over 40 years ago by Charles and MaryAnn Gerding.
GEI deals in all types of sheet metal parts and machine very intricate, tight tolerance pieces. Known throughout the nation as one of the premier weld shops in the country, GEI is certified to weld titanium, aluminum, stainless steel and steel. Sheet metal parts on several military planes, missiles and also on commercial planes have been spun by GEI.
GEI also does commercial spinning for lighting and furniture customers. The spinning technique creates the ability to make several different applications of parts without having to take a solid ingot to machine through.
