Pleiger Plastics Company is a global leader in custom molding of elastomer products. With manufacturing facilities in the United States, Germany, Korea and China, Pleiger is well positioned to engineer, test and custom mold your polyurethane parts. Under the registered trade name Plei-Tech® we manufacture molded urethanes to your specifications, with applications extending from check valve balls to conveyor scrapers and snow plow cutting edges. As custom polyurethane molders, we also produce shock absorbing bumpers and other vibration isolators, including damping pads, bump stops and spring rubber.
As a licensed processor of Bayer’s Vulkollan® high performance elastomer, we provide custom molded parts for commercial and industrial applications. Our Plei-Tech products exceed FDA requirements for wet food and dry food products, and our Plei-Tech 95 has general MSHA approval. Our Lubrithane is ideal for belt scraping applications. We also produce molded foams and urethanes for doctor blades, automotive bushings, compression couplings and squeegees.
