Dura-Metal Products Corporation provides ultra-hard material fabrication services. We fabricate and finish WEAR and CORROSION RESISTANT PARTS and TOOLING for diverse industrial markets. A privately owned business, locaCMM operationted in southwestern Pennsylvania, USA, approximately 30 miles east of Pittsburgh, we have been proudly satisfying the needs of customers for over 30 years. Today, our operations are housed in a modern 30,000 square foot manufacturing facility on 11 acres of ground. We have assembled a comprehensive array of precision electrical discharge (ram and wire), grinding and machining capabilities.
To further our commitment to Quality, we continually upgrade our computer-numerically controlled (CNC) machine tool capacity and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technology. Although we often work from customer-prepared drawings, we are pleased to provide application engineering assistance, when needed. Dura-Metal's Engineering Department offers computer-aided design (CAD) support to our customers. We also make recommendations to help our customers to select the optimal materials and grades, for even the most challenging manufacturing applications.
