We manufacture spur gears, helical gears, splines, internal gears, bull gears, metric gears, htd pulleys, timing belt pulleys, silent chain sprockets, pinions, roller chains, spline shafts, combination pitch gears, circular pitch gears, diametrical pitch gears, plate cylinder gears, module gears, gears for obsolete boxes, tractor pulling gears, prototype gears and other power transmissions applications.
We use a variety of materials such as alloy steels, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, nylon, and phenolic. We also have in-house heat treating, EDMs, CNC lathes and mills and other assorted equipment to delivery as quick as possible and to control every step of the manufacturing process.
