In July of 1983, Payson Casters purchased Roll-A-Way, making Roll-A-Way a subsidiary of Payson. Washington-Kinney, a material handling division of Roll-A-Way in Chicago, was purchased at the same time.
Over the years, additional conveyor businesses were purchased, increasing Roll-A-Way’s strength. In June of 1986,Roll-A-Way brought in Randolph Conveyor out of Chicago. American Overhead Conveyors was acquired in January of 1998, originally manufactured in Glenwood, MN.
The acquisition of these lines has proven to be a wise move. From standard conveyors and material handling products to completely customized systems, Roll-A-Way is proud to provide the products you desire, the service you expect, and the quality you deserve.
