Flame Cutting: Oxygen and acetylene producing a controlled flame
Waterjet Cutting: A high-pressure water jet
Plasma Cutting: Electrically charged gas
Laser Cutting: Beam guided by mirrors
Blanchard Grinding: Rotary surface grinding
Surface Grinding: Abrasive grinding
Plate Sawing to 20ft; Sawing plates into square and rectangular pieces
Horizontal Band Sawing: Cutting smaller pieces
Boring: Truing and enlarging a hole by means of a single-point cutting tool
Turning: While the part is spinning, a non-spinning cutting tool is used to remove material and shape the part
Precision Squaring: For accurate corner and side tolerances
Thermal Stress Relieving: Heating to a suitable temperature, holding long enough to reduce residual stresses and then cooling slowly enough to minimize the development of new residual stresses
Vibratory Stress Relieving: Reducing residual stress using vibration.
Heat Treating(Annealing, Normalizing, Hardening): Altering the properties of steel by subjecting it to a series of temperature changes
