Since 1963, Hylie Products has been manufacturing quality stampings in individual, strip or coil form to customer's specification for the battery, electronics, communications, medical, military and automotive industries. We fabricate parts from ferrous and non-ferrous materials including brass, nickel, glass sealing alloys, stainless steel, Monel, bi-metals, tri-metals, and other alloys. Hylie has the capability to fabricate parts out of material ranging in size from 0.002" thick stainless to 0.084" ETP copper within a tolerance range of 0.0002"

Hylie Products provides a complete tool-build facility. Our craftsmen construct dependable, high volume, long lasting tools and dies to your specific requirements.

Our 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility is equipped with modern high speed presses for fabrication of small intricate stampings. Our presses range in capacity from 3 to 32 tons. Our Tool and Die Makers, Machine Operators and equipment can handle any size order from 100,000 to 100,000,000+ parts.
Quality and Precision are our most important assets. Our Quality Program exceeds the standards of even our most demanding customers. It monitors production from the purchase of material through the complete manufacturing process. Hylie's Quality and Production Teams make frequent, scheduled in-process inspections ensuring that ALL products are manufactured within specification. Reduction of variation is an ongoing process at Hylie.
Many of our customers are so impressed by our Quality Program that they accept our parts and deliver them straight to production, bypassing their own inspection.
