EMI Shielding (Electro Magnetic Interference), RFI Shielding (Radio Frequency Interference), ESD Shielding (Electro Static Discharge), and Heat Shielding can all be achieved with the use of vacuum metalizing as well as conductive painting.
Both vacuum metalizing and Conductive painting have their own advantages which is why we offer both services.
Mueller Corporation has it’s own in house tool shop Designers Metalcraft which we work closely with to develop the optimum configuration and density to get the job done right at a competitive price. We have the technology to mask areas to very tight tolerances and leave the areas clean that you desire.
Vacuum metallizing for EMI/RFI shielding does not accumulate inordinately large build-ups or deposits,. Mueller Corporation’s process is free of peeling and flaking due to proprietary pretreatment processes.
Vacuum metallizing and conductive painting EMI/RFI Shielding can be used for a wide variety of applications across a broad range of industries including medical, defense and aerospace, contract manufacturing, and automotive.
